JER Consult Corp. is a consultancy firm that specializes in Construction Project Management from Conceptualization and Implementation to Testing and Commissioning, finally to turnover of completed facilities and systems.

A dynamic team of professionals, JER Consult Corp. is headed by Managing Director JAIME E. RIOFLORIDO, a Civil Engineer. He has over 40 years of extensive and varied experience in Construction Management and Operation, having worked as Head of Operation for a leading project management group in the construction industry.
