The Proposed Project is the construction of  Clubhouse and Amenities including Jogging trail with pocket exercise stations, Multipurpose Clubhouse, Open Garden,

Children’s play area, Swimming Pool, and Basketball court inside the Avida Southgrove Estate. The amenities are situated on a lot area of 1,787 sq.m. It was conceptualized by ASYA Design and engineering design was undertaken by MDC.
