AVIDA SETTINGS (Batangas)

The Proposed Project is the construction of  Clubhouse and Amenities including Adult and Kid's swimming pools, Children's Play Area, Basketball Court, Multi-purpose Hall/Clubhouse, Garden and open spaces inside the Avida Settings Batangas. The amenities are situated on a lot area of 1,677.89sq.m. It was conceptualized by L.A. Poco Associates and engineering design was undertaken by MDC.
