The Cebu Cyberzone Mixed-Use project is the 3rd installment of Filinvest Land Inc.’s BPO complex in Lahug, Cebu City. The Cyberzone project, a joint venture between the Cebu City Provincial Government and Filinvest Land Inc., is comprised of 4 office towers with retail podiums. The first tower is already operational while the second tower is still under construction.

The Cyberzone Mixed-Use (CCMU) project specifically, with 61,417.04 sqm GFA, will complete the development and will be built adjacent to the first two towers. The CCMU project is comprised of 13 levels of office, 3 levels of retail, a supermarket at B1, and 7 levels of basement and podium parking. The project is designed to connect to the existing towers at the 3rd level parking and ground floor retail arcade.
