CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Job Description:

    • Responsible for daily inspection of structural works particularly on formworks and rebar placement to ensure compliance to the Structural Design.

    • Evaluate contractors Progress Billing for the recommendation of payment.

Qualifications:

  • With least (1) year of experience in Civil and Structural Works and capable to address sequencing and interfacing of activities among trades.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description:

  • Prepares competitive and precise Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and other tenders

  • Prepares cost estimates, budgets, cost planning, and monitoring

  • Prepares and collects technical documents for bidding.

  • Review and evaluate bid documents, attend pre-bid / classificatory meetings and conduct a site inspection.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of BS in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Board Passer / Professional License Exam is a plus).

  • With a minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in estimating, bidding, and quantity surveying.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications and AutoCAD.

  • Has the ability to manage time to strictly meet project deadlines.

  • Applicant must be willing to be assigned to Main Office (Makati) and travel for site inspections/meetings.

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Job Description:

  • Administrative control over all staff assigned to the project.

  • Recording and distribution of incoming and outgoing documents.

  • Maintain and secure an orderly filing system.

  • Prepare reports, internal and external memos, and letters as required by the Construction Manager or Project-in-Charge.

  • Prepares transmittal form for proper transmitting of important documents to designated recipients.

 

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of BS in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Administration or equivalent.

  • With least (2) years of administrative work experience (Project / Construction Management experience is a plus).

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and good computer navigation skills.

  • Knowledgeable in PC troubleshooting and basic networking.

  • Has the ability to relate to all levels of people in the organization.

  • Can work under pressure, results-oriented, and with initiative.

SAFETY OFFICER

Job Description:

  • Inspect the site to ensure it is a hazard-free environment.

  • Conducts toolbox meetings

  • Reviews and approves all subcontractors safety plans

  • Verifies that injury logs and reports are completed and submitted to related government agencies 

  • Verifies that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use.

  • Promotes safe practices at the job site.

  • Enforces safety guidelines.

  • Trains and carries out drills and exercises on how to manage emergencies.

  • Conducts investigations of all accidents and near-misses.

  • Reports to concerned authorities as requested or mandated by regulations.

  • Conducts job hazard analyses.

  • Establishes safety standards and policies as needed.

  • Performs emergency response drills.

  • Watches out for the safety of all workers and works to protect them from entering hazardous situations.

  • Responds to employees’ safety concerns.

  • Coordinates registration and removal of hazardous waste.

Qualifications:

  • With a minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience as a Safety Officer (Project / Construction Management experience is a plus).

  • Certified holder of Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) or any related safety training.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in preparing Job Hazard Analysis / Incident Reports.

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications and Occupational Safety and Health Standards.

  • Can work under pressure, results-oriented, and with initiative.
